The following models provide examples of performance measures and additional activities that a district might use to structure their district performance award program for the D.A.T.E. grant.
These models are not meant to stand alone and do not represent an all-inclusive performance award program. A district should tailor these models to their educational system by applying the examples or parts of the examples to their own district needs, goals, size, and grant amount.
Please use the checklist found on page 16-17 in Part 2- Program Guidelines of the D.A.T.E. RFA to develop your district’s performance measures.
